My birth doula services are designed to help families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy and birth. My goal is to help you have a calm, supported, and empowering birth experience, no matter what your birth ultimately looks like.

I’m a birth doula and I support families throughout pregnancy and labor to help them feel informed, calm, and confident so they can have an empowering birth experience.
This package includes:
Two Prenatal Visits
During our prenatal visits we will prepare for your birth together. We will review your birth preferences, discuss comfort techniques for labor, explore evidence-based information around common interventions, and ensure you and your partner feel prepared and supported going into labor.
On-Call Support
Beginning at 37 weeks until your baby arrives, I am on call for your birth 24/7.
Continuous Labor Support
Once labor begins, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and delivery. My role is to help you feel calm, supported, and confident during one of the most important moments of your life.
One Postpartum Visit
After your baby arrives, I will come to your home to check in on you and your baby. This visit gives us time to process your birth experience, answer questions, and support you as you transition into postpartum and early parenthood.
Ongoing Support Throughout Pregnancy
From the time you sign your contract, you will have access to me via text or email throughout your pregnancy. I am available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer referrals to trusted providers and resources whenever you need support.
Comfort Measures & Labor Tools
I bring a variety of comfort techniques and tools to support you in labor, which may include breathing guidance, position changes, massage, counterpressure, and other supportive measures to help you navigate contractions and labor progress.
